The idea for Sustaina was conceived in 2007 when the directors were working in both the eco-print/publishing and social enterprise sectors. The lessons learned from their experiences in those challenging environments were frequently brutal, but the rewards when plans were implemented and results were achieved were immense. It was decided to take a step out of the comfort zone and make plans for a new type of consulting company that seeks to provide evidence-based practical strategic advice to help customers improve their triple bottom line.
